Junior / Senior Jewellery Advisor

Working days & hours: 5days, 44hrs (Rotate shift)

Location: Jewel /Takashimaya

Salary: Basic $2300 - $800 + 200 fix allowances + uncapped commission

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Daily store operation & housekeeping
  • Ensuring daily stock inventory
  • Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
  • Attending client inquiries and feedback
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Provide product advice and recommendations
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions
  • Assisting client repair request and follow up on the process
