Development, implementation and maintenance of the security procedures, countermeasures, awareness
Perform Security Risk Assessment to ensure compliance and impact needs
Responsible for site physical security, security controls, travel security management, security threat impact analysis and mitigation of site security incident and threat management

Audit record-keeping practices and Global WHS Database entries to be aligned with Global WHS standards and local regulations.
Analyses the workplace organization and Associate behaviors to ensure that training, auditing and scoring methods are accurate and consistent.
Lead joint safety committees
Implement global WHS programs, initiatives and network actions at Singapore sites
Lead incident investigations and derive sustainable corrective action plans
Be available to provide WHS support for expansion projects within Singapore
Liaise with WSH regulatory authorities as per internal guidelines, as and when required
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, or equivalent
6+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications and the use of pivot tables and the development of charts and graphics
Experience implementing EHS procedures and process improvement in an operational environment
Preferred qualifications:
Singapore Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer or Equivalent qualification

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide professional advice on facility, process and equipment design for safety and environmental compliance in our operations.
- To ensure that all necessary permits, licenses and chemical approvals are maintained with relevant authorities.
- To oversee regulatory and corporate EHS compliance across R&D sites and manufacturing plants.
- To develop, implement and improve EHS programs including regular inspections, training and waste management.
- To create and enforce EHS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and site Emergency Response Plans.
- To conduct risk assessments, machine audits and incident investigations as required.
- To track and report EHS metrics and implement global EHS guidance and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Singapore and Asia regional safety and environmental regulations, as well as corporate EHS policies and compliance standards.
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in an Operations and/or EHS role in a large-scale manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Certification as a Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower.
- A Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline is desirable.
