**Job Title:** Environmental Safety Manager

This is a key role within our Logistics organization. As an Environmental Safety Manager, you will be responsible for leading and administering environmental health and safety (EH&S) programs.

• Lead EH&S programs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Support the development and implementation of workplace safety initiatives across multiple sites.
• Act as the designated Safety Case Lead for assigned facilities.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and regular audits.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational safety, environmental health or relevant field and at least 4 years of HSE leadership experience. You must possess expertise in safety management systems, hold a Fire Safety Manager certification, and have proficiency in national regulatory frameworks for hazardous material compliance.

Responsibilities
The Data-TnS Account Safety team is dedicated to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment for users of TikTok and other products. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence technology, the team aims to detect risks earlier and faster, monitor risks, and respond to emergency trends. The team strives to maintain platform ecosystem security more efficiently, more agilely, and more comprehensively.

• Responsible for backend development of the account safety platform, including but not limited to: point scoring system, strategy platform, feature platform, user safety persona, and other systems;
• Responsible for developing account safety business systems, such as moderation systems for detecting, reviewing, and handling fake accounts, repeat offenders, underage users, and other safety handling systems;
• Responsible for building a global account risk perception system, constructing high-concurrency and high-stability systems to handle hundreds of millions of daily submissions and daily active users;
• Continuously refactor and optimize system architecture;
• Participate in platform development, abstracting modules for different workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in computer science or a related technical discipline;
• At least 2 years of security/safety industrial experience;
• 3~5 years of Golang and large scale distributed system experience;
• Have hands on experience with at least one of the middleware MQ, Redis, RDS, etcd, docker or similar components etc.;
• Passionate about techniques and solving challenging problems;
• Experience with Big Data systems and related technologies (Hive、Flink、ClickHouse etc.)

Role Description

The WSH Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining workplace safety and health programs, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a safe work environment. The Coordinator will also organize safety training sessions, conduct safety inspections, and handle incident investigations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the WSH Manager in identifying and assessing workplace risks.
• Conduct site safety inspections and enforce compliance with prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations.
• Organize and support Safety Committee meetings, safety events, and campaigns.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings to highlight safety issues and preventive measures.
• Supervise and address all workplace safety, health, and environmental control matters.
• Ensure proper documentation, permits, and licenses related to workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance are maintained and up to date.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in WSH or related field.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to workplace safety, health, and environmental control.
• Proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
