Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Automation System Engineer with hands-on expertise in Rockwell-based Building Management Systems (BMS). You will play a key role in the configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of automation systems supporting cleanrooms, utilities, and HVAC systems in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Responsibilities- Configure and support Rockwell BMS systems in GMP environments.
- Perform CSV activities including authoring and executing IQ, OQ, PQ protocols.
- Ensure compliance with GAMP 5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11.
- Liaise with client stakeholders and technical teams to meet project goals.
- Support incident & change management and participate in root cause analysis.
- Work alongside DCS, MES, and Historian systems when required.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Automation / Controls Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in automation engineering, with specific experience in Rockwell BMS
- Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, and other global regulations to ensure compliance in system validation processes.
- Experience working in GMP-compliant environments within pharma or biotech facilities
- Understanding of validation requirements, especially related to BMS systems
- Ability to work independently on-site with minimal supervision
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
