Senior / Sales Specialist (Medical Surgical) role at Stryker. This role assists in the execution of the MedSurg business strategy for Singapore by promoting and selling our products, services and solutions to current and new customers. The role also aims to meet growth targets and deliver levels of service and professionalism aligned with the regional strategic plan.
Responsibilities
Provide monthly sales forecast and work to meet sales targets; support demos/case requirements in the Operating Theatre.
Identify untapped business opportunities, formulate account strategies and ensure effective implementation of territory action plans.
Provide regular market and competitor updates, sharing findings about market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders (e.g., Surgeons, Nurse Managers).
Manage and implement local sales strategies and execution in line with country objectives.
Periodically prepare sales performance analyses including results, forecasts and critical issues as needed.
Conduct regular product in-service and product presentations to customers.
Support marketing initiatives including trade shows and other key events.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical desirable.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the medical field.
Experience in sales of medical devices, preferably capital equipment.

Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of business experience in the healthcare industry, including more than 5 years of management and leadership experience.
Required experience in MNC, with a proven track record of driving business expansion and capturing market share in fast-developing regions where demand for medical devices is increasing, but access to healthcare remains limited. Must also have experience managing and leading cross-country teams.
Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex challenges with ease.
Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fostering strong and effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Change agent, able to deal confidently with ambiguity, motivate people through transformation and mobilize teams to action.
Proficiency in English and preferably the local language of the designated country
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience in the medical surgical segment.
Work location
