What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will support the development of and drive the implementation of global revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives, as well as long-range strategic plans for our SME and Enterprise business units across both FinOS & Airwallex for Platform propositions.
Responsibilities
Analyze Commercial Performance – Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives – Identify, design, and operationalize high-impact “big bets” to accelerate revenue growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets.
Design Commercial Incentives – Develop and refine sales incentive structures to drive desired commercial behaviors and maximize ROI on sales investments.
AI-Driven Commercial Transformation – Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define and implement AI use cases that improve sales productivity, lead conversion, and decision intelligence.
Cross-Functional Leadership – Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy.
Strategic Planning & Forecasting – Support annual and quarterly planning processes by providing analytical rigor, scenario modeling, and insight-backed recommendations.
Performance Monitoring – Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.
Who You Are
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor7s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience and proven track record in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the Fintech industry.
Significant experience in management consulting, ideally from a globally recognized firm.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focusing on driving business results.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment.

+ Provides market strategy expertise and leadership to general managers, property leadership teams and market sales leaders.
+ Develops the Business Outlook Strategy.
+ Determines sales strategies and communicates to market sales leadership, marketing communications teams and property leadership.
+ Establishes and maintains effective and rational pricing strategies for rooms and function space.
+ Develops and executes the hotel(s) strategic plan(s).
+ Oversees the annual pricing process for transient, group and catering rooms, function space and audio-visual.
+ Evaluates effectiveness of property participation in electronic sales channels.
+ Analyzes competitive sets, price positioning, seasonality, mix and displacement on a continuous basis.
+ Identifies and communicates revenue and profit opportunities to property leadership teams and sales organization.
+ Provides critical input to market leaders for development of property and overall market sales strategy.
+ Ensures hotel strategies conform to brand philosophies and initiatives.
+ Ensures that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented and modified as market conditions fluctuate.
+ Prepares sales strategy meeting agenda, supporting documentation and leads property and/or cluster meetings.
+ Conducts sales strategy analysis and refines as appropriate to increase market share for all properties.
+ Develops 6-month, 12-month and 2-year strategic action plans for management of cluster transient revenues.
+ Manages inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue.
+ Assists hotels with pricing and provides input on business evaluation recommendations.
+ Analyzes period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals.
+ Generates updates on transient segment each period.
+ Works with Area Leadership and GMs to assist in pricing analyses for all products in Market.
+ Assists with account diagnostics process and validates conclusions.
+ Ensures property diagnostic processes (PDP) are used to maximize revenue and profits.
+ Initiates, implements and evaluates revenue tests.
+ Develops and manages internal key stakeholder relationships.
+ Provides targeted and timely communication of results, achievements and challenges to the stakeholders.

The intern will work for Marriott's Area Operations team and will be based in the Singapore office. The intern will assist in projects, such as analyzing Market Share and Segmentation performance data and supporting strategic initiatives related to Topline performances.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Assist in data collection and analysis for various Commercial Strategies related projects from different departments such as revenue strategy and sales distribution
+ Assist in the preparation of various reports and power point presentations
+ Coordinate, track and manage project implementation for selected revenue strategy initiatives
+ Conduct analysis, synthesize information and provide input on specific business issues/ priorities
+ Participate as an active member of the team and seek ways to cross-pollinate best practices/ suggest improvements
+ Support/drive adhoc projects as needed

+ Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass
+ Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / uundergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States.
+ Prepared to commit to a six months' internship
