Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


• Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue, as well as maintain accuracy of information and enhance automation efforts in reservation system.


• Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at market sales strategy meetings.


• Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties.


• Perform all Revenue Management month end reporting and auditing and provide forward looking information for the purposes of forecasting, targeting need areas and balancing financial expectations.


• Accurately generate, process and update all property and market Revenue Management reports and serve as primary source for majority of reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team.


• Assist with system maintenance including but not limited to, inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting and running daily system checks.


• Assist with training of new associates as necessary on revenue management tools.


• Assist in the implementation of hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems.

Responsibilities
Manages Revenue Management Operations
Daily rate strategies review for daily rates and inventory to ensure room revenue optimization
Manage distribution of rates and inventory for the various market segments to ensure accuracy and parity
Ensures daily communication between Reservations and Front Office colleagues regarding inventory, short-term sell strategies, Group / Convention arrivals, rate changes and sell out strategies
Support different revenue streams with extraction of sales figures to support and analyze initiatives
To accurately process and manage Group reservations

With direct leader’s guidance, works closely with different revenue streams to support achieving the budget and forecast expectations

Requirements

  • Refactor frequent analyses into self‑serve views and maintain an open backlog of requests ranked by revenue impact and effort

2. Revenue Enablement & Insights

  • Co‑design reusable battle cards, account health snapshots, and funding‑rate forecast sheets covering ≥ 80% of recurring prospect and renewal scenarios
  • Deliver concise pre‑market “market movers” briefs highlighting client‑specific talking points
  • Conduct periodic training to Sales including walkthroughs or video tutorials on the dashboards and revenue enablement tools built

3. Client Engagement & Cross‑Functional Impact

  • Partner with Marketing and Product to measure campaign lift, A/B test results, and onboarding effectiveness; present clear ROI calculations recommending scale‑up or sunset actions
  • Prepare a 10‑minute weekly data segment for Revenue Leadership focusing on recent movements, implications, and recommended actions
  • Translate complex metrics into plain‑English narratives that drive decisions, not debates.
  • Engage directly with clients to provide market colour and insights into their trading statistics

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in revenue operations, data analytics, or business intelligence—preferably in trading, fintech, or exchange environments
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Grafana, Tableau, or Looker)
  • Understanding of crypto derivatives markets, margining, and funding-rate mechanics
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Strong communication skills; able to translate data into actionable commercial insights
