Job Description
This position analyses and supports the hotel’s results and performance in various revenue streams (Rooms, F&B, Spa and Boutique) and recommends strategies and expectations based on the observed data trends and market changes.
Responsibilities
Manages Revenue Management Operations
Daily rate strategies review for daily rates and inventory to ensure room revenue optimization
Manage distribution of rates and inventory for the various market segments to ensure accuracy and parity
Ensures daily communication between Reservations and Front Office colleagues regarding inventory, short-term sell strategies, Group / Convention arrivals, rate changes and sell out strategies
Support different revenue streams with extraction of sales figures to support and analyze initiatives
To accurately process and manage Group reservations
Daily review and optimization of F&B reservations to ensure full optimization of covers and revenue for F&B outlets
With direct leader’s guidance, works closely with different revenue streams to support achieving the budget and forecast expectations
Involvement in Wider Job Function Actions/Relationships
Surveys the market and competitors in terms of performance (RevPAR Index, market penetration), pricing and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions
Takes an active role in the development of rates, promotions, packages and other selling strategies
Ensures compliance with the Best Price Guarantee and manage third party distributors in line with AccorHotels standards
Identifies business opportunities for need periods and participates in various newsletters, banners, e-brochures or ads to drive incremental revenue in various revenue streams
Stays current with the industry trends
Supports hotel's CSR and sustainability efforts
Ensures service standards and individual performance are aligned with Accor Values
Participates in developing different tactics, encompasses performance metrics, data standards, processes, policies, tools, training, best-practices and case studies to successfully roll out the strategies focusing on all revenue streams including Rooms, Food and Beverage, Spa and Raffles Shop
Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
Qualifications
Candidate Profile
Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge of Opera, Central Reservation System and Global Distribution System are an asset
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
Previous Front Office Management experience is an asset
Food and Beverage and Spa knowledge / background is an asset

Job Description
The job-holder will be a member of the Finance division’s Revenue Recovery Operation Unit whose role is to ensure compliance with audit policies that are in place to mitigate revenue leakages arising from passenger ticket sales. He/she will be involved in monitoring and reviewing the submission of relevant reports and following up on discrepancies detected from audit checks.
Over and above these operational duties, the incumbent may be called upon to participate in systems automation work such as performing testing and assisting the section head in implementation and resolving teething issues if applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out investigations on passenger tickets utilized or issued, and identified by the revenue accounting system as exceptions, to detect and recover revenue leakages and/or identify lapses in processes for follow-up actions.
Monitor SIA stations’ compliance with sales audit policies by tracking and reviewing reports submitted by the points of sales and following up on them to conclusion.
Facilitate sales audit checks outsourced to audit vendors by acting as a "bridge" between the sales locations and the vendors.
Monitor Service Level Agreements of audit vendors, review audit findings on revenue leakages, and follow-up with sales locations on actions to be taken, including write-offs of irrecoverable amounts.
Perform Quality Control checks on audit work completed by outsourced vendors by auditing a minimum sample of the work, follow-up to resolve issues, and/or escalate to superior for appropriate actions.
Provide statistics and required info to supervisors in analyzing the cost-effectiveness of audit vendors and stations' sales audit performance.
Work on team projects as assigned by superior, e.g., assist with testing of sales audit modules in revenue accounting systems to support new business initiatives.
Any ad hoc work assigned by the Executive or Department Head.
Requirements
Possesses a Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT-related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Prior experience in accounting/audit work and/or working knowledge of the airline or hospitality industry would be advantageous.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous & task-oriented.
Good time management skills.
Self-driven, able to work independently and in a team.

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will support the development of and drive the implementation of global revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives, as well as long-range strategic plans for our SME and Enterprise business units across both FinOS & Airwallex for Platform propositions.
Responsibilities
Analyze Commercial Performance – Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives – Identify, design, and operationalize high-impact “big bets” to accelerate revenue growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets.

AI-Driven Commercial Transformation – Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define and implement AI use cases that improve sales productivity, lead conversion, and decision intelligence.
Cross-Functional Leadership – Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy.

Performance Monitoring – Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.
Who You Are
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor7s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience and proven track record in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the Fintech industry.
Significant experience in management consulting, ideally from a globally recognized firm.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focusing on driving business results.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment.
