Role Overview
As a Retail Store Associate at moomoo, you will play a vital frontline role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our physical experiential stores. You’ll assist in customer onboarding, provide basic product and platform guidance, support in-store marketing initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
