Responsible for communicating and liaising with Principals/ Suppliers for deliveries confirmation to POs, update and manage confirmed dates into ERP system
Ensure Principals/ Suppliers commitments to deliveries are fulfilled; DIFOT
Create Goods Receipt Documents timely so that Goods Receipt process is smooth.
Follow up with warehouse & engineering teams to ensure successful Goods Receipt & Pre-D
Responsible for the effective and seamless planning and execution of inventory management related tasks and activities.
Ensure proper inventory levels and prompt issue resolution through inventory planning and coordination with internal parties, service providers, and external parties.
Oversee daily inventory management activities encompassing document, information, product and operations workflows.
