Job Role Description

The Retail Store Manager oversees the operations of store in assigned area. Together with the Retail Operation Manager, Area Manager and Store Managers, he/she is responsible for managing the area's operational and service excellence plans with the end objective of optimization to achieve set sales targets. He/she will also action on any sales campaigns and customer sales leads. In additional, he/she will oversee the fulfillment of the area's sales orders to ensure seamless customer experience across all in-store level channels.
