We are looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our retail team at our flagship store in Singapore - a key figure in the overall OSN offline brand experience.
You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.
Candidate must be able to commit on a full-time basis. We offer attractive salary packages, benefits and career growth potential.
The current position offered will be Full-Time Retail & Operations Executive or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").
Responsibilities include:
Retail:
- Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
- Assisting in setup and roll out of new stores locally and overseas
- Achieving or exceeding sales and customer growth targets
- Ensuring excellent in store customer service and experience
- Executing in store-activities, events or campaigns
- Reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly product and sales performance
- Contributing regularly at internal meetings with team members to optimise store operations, improve workflow and productivity
- Reporting to Retail & Community manager
Customer service:
- Handling daily customer queries with prompt and appropriate solutions and escalating concerns to relevant departments
- Contributing regularly to innovation and improvement of workflow between online and offline sales channels
- Inspecting returned items and processing store credit refunds
- Ensuring excellent customer experience online and offline
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum I year working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B a bonus) or a customer-facing role
- Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong team player
- Able to converse fluently in English
- Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
