Job Responsibilities
Uphold and demonstrate Mandai Wildlife Group values – ETHICS (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability).
Deliver exceptional customer service to out-of-park partners and e-commerce customers, handling queries related to replenishment, logistics, and after-sales service.
Drive e-commerce and out-of-park business growth; analyze business performance with internal stakeholders and provide feedback to develop revenue streams.
Conduct market trend analysis and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize sales.
Manage online sales channels, including driving traffic, managing product listings, pricing, promotions, click-and-collect flow, and inventory.

Ensure product information and pricing are accurate and products are launched on time.
Coordinate with partners to ensure timely product launches, proper representation of out-of-park points, and stock level maintenance.
