**Operations Manager Role Overview**

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of a restaurant. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing purchase orders, issuing sales transaction invoices, verifying orders, and maintaining accurate sales and customer records.

Additionally, this role entails compiling comprehensive monthly sales reports, expediting orders through internal coordination, directing customer feedback to relevant departments, and identifying new products to enhance the existing offerings.

Furthermore, the Operations Manager will support the sales department with administrative tasks, coordinate daily restaurant management operations, deliver exceptional food and beverage service, respond efficiently to customer complaints, and regularly review product quality and research new suppliers.
