About the role

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Service crew to join us at Singpost Paya Lebar.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Assisting customers with menu selections and making recommendations
3. Promptly and efficiently taking and fulfilling customer orders
4. Preparing and serving dishes and other menu items
5. Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area
6. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
7. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
8. Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

• Deliver food from the kitchen to customers.
• Prepare takeaway orders for delivery riders.
• Prepare drinks for customers.
• Clear tables and wash dishes.
• Provide polite and efficient food and beverage service to customers.
• Assist restaurant customers with table setup and clearing.
• Attend to and respond to customers' needs promptly and professionally.
• Ensure smooth operations of the restaurant.
• Follow the company's standard operating procedures.
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Day Shift:

• 10:30 am – 3:30 pm: $1,600/month (6 days a week) – Location: Marine Parade

• 10:30 am – 5:00 pm: $,100/month (6 days a week) – Location: Marine Parade / Yishun

• 10:30 am – 5:00 pm: $1,7 0/month (5 days a week) – Location: Marine Parade / Yishun

Night Shift:

• 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm: $1,6 0 + commission/month (6 days a week) – Location: Tampines / Hougang / Punggol / Pasir Ris

• 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm: $1,6 0 + commission/month (6 days a week) – Location: Tampines / Hougang / Punggol / Pasir Ris

• 6:30 pm – 11:00 pm: $1,6 0 + commission/month (6 days a week) – Location: Tampines / Hougang / Punggol / Pasir Ris

• 7:00 pm – 2:30 am: $2,6 8 + commission/month (6 days a week) – Location: Tampines / Hougang / Punggol / Pasir Ris

Part-Time (3 days per week):
