What you will be working on

We’re looking for a forward-thinking, collaborative leader to head our Resource Planning team. If you're passionate about turning data into actionable insights, influencing strategic decisions, and leading a high-impact team — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Forecast the Future
  Build and maintain models that predict service demand using historical data and relevant indicators. Your forecasts will help teams plan more accurately for the short and long term.
• Drive Insightful Planning
  Work with stakeholders to forecast manpower and budget needs across various service touchpoints. You’ll dig into policy changes, customer journeys, and service channel capacity to ensure our planning is precise and effective.
• Shape Strategic Direction
  Conduct research on global trends, demographic shifts, and potential future scenarios. Use this insight to develop long-term resource plans and help the organisation stay one step ahead.
• Lead Service Feedback and Improvements
  Gather feedback from our service frontliners that help to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Policy and Frontline Teams
  Build strong relationships with policy and service teams. Understand their capacity and challenges, and help them optimise resources through regular dialogue and support.
• Partner on Policy and Design

ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned ERP implementation specialist to lead or support Business Central projects.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) and a deep understanding of business processes. You'll work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support Business Central implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Configure Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Manufacturing, and Warehousing (as applicable).
• Conduct data migration planning and execution.
• Develop and deliver functional documentation, training materials, and end-user training.
• Assist with testing, issue resolution, and go-live support.
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Stay current on Business Central updates and Microsoft ecosystem innovations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Service Planner to oversee the allocation of Field Service Engineers in the Asia Pacific region.

This role will focus on monitoring service requests, supporting training and competence development, efficiently planning on-the-job training opportunities, and capturing these opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource planning, service management, and team collaboration.

• Represent APAC for all resource allocation for Propulsion and Handling projects.
• Gather information on KM projects from various sources such as ERP, CRM, D365, local sales, and docking plans.
• Monitor the APAC Service inbox and handle all incoming service requests related to PH jobs.
• Arrange bi-weekly planning meetings within the APAC region.
• Proactively manage on-the-job training opportunities in line with regional competence development plans.
• Track and monitor training activities and related costs for the APAC region.
• Track and monitor service-related KPIs such as declines.
• Track and monitor non-conformities and related costs and follow up to share lessons learned.
• Understand process and workflow from a data management perspective and optimize the process to make it more efficient.

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, computer science or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in resource planning or service management.
• Good understanding of the service industry, particularly marine aftermarket projects, and familiarity with APAC market dynamics.
• Expertise in using ERP, CRM, D365, and project management tools.
