Requirements:

Masters Degree or recent Ph. D in power systems or power electronics

7 years design experience for Masters degree, 2 years design experience for PhD degree, in high power circuits and topologies related to power supply design (Rack Server, OBC, EVFC, HVDC, Solid State Transformer concepts, etc.), and independent project design leadership experience.

Strong Power electronics / power supply design knowledge, and deep understanding about popular topologies such as Totem-pole PFC, Vienna PFC, T-NPC, ANPC, flyback, LLC, CLLC, DAB, etc.

Solid magnetics design skill and experience

Familiar with AC/DC PSU EMC and Safety regulations, familiar with engineering simulation tools such as MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PSIM, PADS,

Competent English skills, Chinese language skills a benefit
