Key Responsibilities:

The Research Fellow/ Senior Research Fellow will play a key role in analyzing large-scale genomic and clinical datasets to uncover genetic factors contributing to cancer predisposition and to develop accurate cancer risk prediction models. This role involves developing computational pipelines, conducting statistical and bioinformatics analyses, and integrating multi-omics data to support precision oncology research. Key Responsibilities:

This joint research project is between Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Imperial College Global Singapore (IGS). The objective of the research is to overcome the challenges related to the use of ammonia in solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) so that SOFCs can effectively use the energy potential of ammonia and maintain a high level of performance and durability in the long term.
We are looking for Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow to perform the research activities in the project. The role will focus on development of direct ammonia solid oxide fuel cells.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Literature review of SOFCs and the preparation methods
  • Synthesis, fabricate and evaluate the performance of SOFCs using ammonia as a feedstock
  • Perform material characterization of the SOFC cells
  • Perform studies to understand the fundamental mechanism and reactions in the SOFCs

We are seeking to hire a Research Fellow to develop photo(electro)catalytic (PEC) systems for unassisted solar fuel and chemical synthesis. The role will focus on developing PEC artificial leaves and nanoparticle photocatalysts for water splitting, CO2 reduction and oxidative organic reactions. The successful candidate will contribute to setting up a state-of-the-art photo(electro)catalytic characterization platform including a solar light simulator, potentiostat, customized PEC cell and gas chromatograph. The candidate will also contribute to establishing and maintaining reproducible procedures for gas and liquid product quantification, and benchmarking demonstrator devices under outdoor conditions. The applicant is expected to develop novel concepts in the areas outlined below, by combining their own expertise with the core capabilities of the lab.
