Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Genetically Modified Cell Therapy team.

The successful candidate will contribute to the company's mission of delivering cutting-edge cell and gene therapy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in multiple projects in the area of cell and gene therapy for process development and analytical development from small to large scale.
  • Perform lab work based on project schedules and assigned tasks from supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Conduct hands-on daily laboratory work, including primary cell culture, cell-based assays, and molecular assays.
  • Collect, record, and analyze experiment data for projects per request.
  • Contribute to the creation of protocols and technical reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Life Sciences or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a science laboratory.
  • Experience with good laboratory practices (GLP) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with cell culture, aseptic techniques, and analytical method development is desirable.
  • Experience with stem cell culture/immune cell culture would be preferred.
  • Ability to plan and perform experiments independently and efficiently in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
