To perform electrical and electronics diagnostics, repair services, troubleshooting for Electrical and Electronics Home Appliances and Industrial Equipment.
Ability to use electronics and electrical testing equipment such as multimeter, clamp meter, etc.
Customer service for receiving and collection of electrical appliances and equipment.
Pleasant personality as customer facing in a professional and polite manner.
Providing goods receiving and service reports and communicating with the customer on the diagnostics outcome and next course of action.
Manage stock inventory, ensure proper care of equipment and appliances repair.
Willing to take on new responsibilities and new projects on short notice.
Willingness to ask and learn.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Nitec preferred (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred).
Strong interest and passion in hands-on repair and troubleshooting.
No experience required. On the job training provided.
Valid Class 3 or Class 2 Driving Licence (preferred but not required).
Working hours: 5 1⁄2 days, 8:30am to 6:30pm (Mon-Fri); 8:30am - 12:00pm (Sat).

• Conduct disassembly to support cost estimation and review parts lists and standard parts replacements.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Assemble parts using both re-used and new components.
• Perform flat rate, time & material repairs, basic disassembly, and evaluation of components to restore products to usable condition.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot to determine the root cause of failure, comparing findings against standards and escalating when necessary.
• Assist in setting up necessary repairs and tests.
• Communicate evaluation findings directly with testers, including written documentation and/or product pictures.
• Provide basic technical information to support communication with customers on the usability of obsolete products transitioning to replacement products.
• Review inventory balances for repair parts and request additional stock from the repair coordinator when needed.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries by gathering material and labor data from the internal management system.
• Participate in assessments to recommend engineering repair or remanufacturing decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering to make strategic decisions regarding the scope of repairs.

Perform instrument repairs on primarily Woodwind instruments, and also on Brass, Percussion and String instruments
Inspection of instruments and provide repair price quotations
Work with the team to plan and execute work schedules and ensure timely completion of repair works
Follow inventory procedures to maintain accurate stock levels of spare parts and tools
