Purpose of the Role:

To guarantee our managed fleet's full compliance with international carbon emissions regulations. This involves strategic planning, meticulous data management, and precise reporting to authorities like the IMO and EU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the fleet's compliance strategy for CII, EEXI, EU MRV, and EU ETS mandates.
• Develop, manage, and audit the SEEMP for all applicable vessels.
• Serve as the data integrity champion; collecting, validating, and managing all vessel performance metrics for accurate emissions reporting.
• Prepare and submit all required documentation to regulatory bodies, maintaining a flawless audit trail.
• Provide expert support to Superintendents on decarbonization matters and assist with related administrative logistics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years in the shipping industry.
• Essential, practical experience implementing IMO and EU maritime environmental regulations.
• High proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and a keen analytical mindset.
• Fluency in English, with superb communication skills and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

with NEA Regulations.

• Prepare and maintain Environmental Control Plan (ECP) in accordance with NEA

requirements.

• Identify potential mosquito breeding grounds and take preventive/remedial action.

• Monitor noise, dust, silty discharge and humidity levels, and recommend actions

required when limits are exceeded

• Oversee the treatment and discharge of silty water from the site to prevent pollution

• Ensure proper site housekeeping, including cleanliness of public roads and drains
