- Patient water jugs and cups: collect, wash, and refill

- Take next-day meal orders (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and update the eMenu system within designated cut-off times
- Address dietary restrictions and allergies during meal ordering
- Attend to real-time patient feedback ; resolve minor complaints independently and escalate major issues to supervisors
- No experience with good working attitude welcome
