**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Asia region, with a primary focus on pricing and product strategy to drive regional sales growth and business development for our HVAC aftermarket parts hub. This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, develop product strategy, managing pricing policies, and expanding market share in alignment with company objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and brand awareness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Manager, Regional Sales & Business Development, you'll be responsible for:
+ Lead and manage the regional sales teams to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and brand objectives, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
+ Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand awareness in the Asia region.
+ Analyze market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions and marketing strategies, maximizing profitability and market penetration.
+ Develop and execute pricing strategies and policies tailored to the Asia market, ensuring alignment with company objectives and product positioning.
+ Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships, leveraging market insights and customer relationships.
+ Lead technical and marketing team to develop and execute product strategies aligned with regional sales objectives and relevant marketing initiatives.
+ Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and support sales efforts in the Asia region.
+ Provide sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners to enhance sales opportunities, drive customer loyalty, and strengthen brand presence.
+ Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance against targets and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve objectives.

As a minimum you must have:
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with added qualification in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the HVAC aftermarket parts industry or similar sector.
+ Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement through effective product/pricing strategies and marketing initiatives.
+ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, derive actionable insights, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

+ Proficiency in sales CRM systems, E-Commence, marketing automation platforms, and pricing data analysis or optimization tools is a plus.

Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) reports to the Sales Leader of Commercial Authentication. The Primary responsibilities are to grow HID Commercial Authentication footprint within the defined territory, and growth through new customer acquisition, and to strengthen product selection policies through strategic planning and relationship building with HID Solution Resellers within their specified region.

The RSM will be responsible for providing and managing a business plan to grow the Partner Account through established relationships, and developing new relationships. The RSM will act tactically to deliver the plan focused on selling Cybers Security (Authentication) software and hardware solutions, credentials, and card technology, and will take an active role in providing strategic input to support the business plan including reporting and managing the account via daily updates to CRM (Salesforce.com).

A core focus will be End User demand generation, this will require follow-up on Marketing and Sales leads and targeted account list development, the RSM must effectively identify and develop opportunity with End-users positioning and specifying HID’s products.

As our Regional Sales Manager , you’ll support HID’s successby:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Continually build and grow a robust sales pipeline
  • Successfully manage all aspects of sales process
  • Maintain an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Execute the regional business plan
  • Organize and maintain monthly business reviews with key partners for increased productivity, enhanced services, and sales/revenue visibility

Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic sales professional to lead regional growth initiatives for a specialty chemical product line across Southeast Asia. This role involves managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning regional efforts with global commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and revenue growth across Southeast Asia for a key specialty chemical product line.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in line with global objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to optimize sales performance and pricing approaches.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth coordination of supply chain, pricing, logistics, and after-sales support.
  • Deliver regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development within the chemicals or materials industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Southeast Asia region and beyond.

Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager maintains data and information relevant to key accounts for the purpose of conducting analyses that influence account-specific decision making.

  • Responsible for reinforcing a solid and trusting relationship between key customers and the Company. Developing relationships with national and international customers, with the goal of reaching sales revenue goals by targeting specific accounts.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, according to each different area. Development levels of knowledge regarding decision makers, decision making processes and requirements of customers.
  • Actively plans and executes strategy with the local sales manager: defining strategic approach on value proposition & solution in coordination with product and sales team. Also responsible for price support topic from key account customers.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Documents all communication plans and prepare reports for submission to management.
  • Develop new customers to ensure long-term sustainable sales goals.
  • Exhibit application knowledge on our products for delivering presentations and hands-on demonstrations of our products, for promoting to customers.
  • Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Any other assigned task.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Business, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical component sales
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer-driven and results-oriented.
  • Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player.
  • Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
  • Willing to travel overseas for training, trade shows and/or meetings etc.
  • Possess valid driving license and own vehicle

Essential:

.Over 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative within the Healthcare or Aesthetic industry.
.A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
.Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.

Desirable:
.Good knowledge of English desirable
.CRM
.Office suite
.People management experience will be considered an asset.
