Job Summary

This role is responsible for consolidating regional forecasts , driving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, and managing inventory and supply planning across Asia Pacific. It ensures product availability, minimizes obsolescence, and supports strategic supply chain initiatives in coordination with global and country teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Lead regional S&OP and forecast consolidation with input from commercial, marketing, finance, and regulatory teams.
• Collaborate with country planners and global teams to improve forecast accuracy.
• Drive monthly forecast review meetings and challenge assumptions for better planning.

Supply & Inventory Planning

• Optimize inventory across APAC through redeployments, returns of near-expiry stock, and parameter setup in ERP systems.
• Monitor supply issues and coordinate resolutions with global and country teams.
• Manage inventory allocation, safety stock, and stock transfers during shortages or surplus.

Inventory Control

• Monitor Days on Hand (DOH), Line Fill Rate, and inventory health.
• Lead initiatives for slow-moving and obsolete stock, scrap reduction, and stock rationalization.
• Plan product phase-ins/phase-outs in alignment with regional marketing.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare KPI reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, DOH, and expiry trends.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in forecasting, planning, and inventory management.
• Provide training to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in demand/supply planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and ERP/system skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

Inventory Control

· Coordinate inventory allocation and/or transfer during times of supply constrain or in excess

Our Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, supply chain management, logistics management or related majors are preferred.
• At least 5 years of working experience in supply chain planning or related fields, and a record of successfully driving supply chain improvements.
• Proficient in relevant knowledge of supply chain management, planning and operations, with deep business insight and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with internal and external parties.
