About the Team:

The ShopeeFood Regional Business Intelligence & Planning team plays a critical role in supporting ShopeeFood's overall strategy and planning. We drive alignment across markets by standardising processes, establishing best practices, and providing senior management with the data and insights needed for informed decision-making.

Job Description:

As a Regional BI Analyst, you will:

• Partner with regional functions to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions
• Work closely with local teams to consolidate competitor intelligence and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide visibility into business performance

Requirements:

• Full set of accounting transactions from data entry up to financial report and analyse the account information for Singapore entity
• Liaising with banker, internal and external auditor for Singapore entity
• Perform accounts variance analysis on subsidiaries monthly financial report, Inventory, ageing receivable etc.
• Conduct monthly meeting in reviewing all the report submitted in item 4 with subsidiaries Accountant
• Conduct monthly result overview of item 4 to Regional CFO
