Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in attracting the best talents for our clients.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to clients (HR, Hiring Managers, Senior Stakeholders) within the bank
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their organizational structure, culture, and talent requirements.
- Provide expert advisory to clients on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry sharing.
- Engage with passive candidates through cold calling, networking, and alternative channels to build a robust pipeline of qualified front office relationship managers
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, career aspirations, and cultural fit.
- Shortlist and present suitable candidates to clients, effectively articulating their value proposition.
- Provide career advisory to candidates, value add to candidates through the recruitment process.
- Prior work experience in wealth management or private banking
- Self motivated and good interpersonal skill, confident of liaising with senior stakeholder regularly
- Curious, resourceful and enjoys reading and research
