Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the Health Club.
- Ensure all facilities (gym, pool, tennis courts, changing areas) are in good working condition.
- Handle guest/member registration, enquiries, and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all Health Club areas.
- Monitor safety of guests and members, especially in pool areas.
- Restrict access to non-hotel guests and non-members.
Guest Service
- Serve cold towels and attend to guest/member needs.
- Respond to complaints and escalate to manager when necessary.
- Arrange tennis coaching sessions upon request.
Maintenance
- Report faults to Engineering and follow up until resolved.
- Conduct daily inventory checks of equipment and supplies.
Cleanliness
- Clean and sanitize gym equipment, mats, and changing areas.
- Ensure towels are issued, collected, and returned to housekeeping.
- Maintain dry and clean floors, vanity areas, and lockers.
Other Duties
- Adhere to Shangri-La policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance.
