We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sports and Recreation (S&R) department as a Sports Recreation Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the reception counter at the Sports Complex.
- Attend to members' enquiries regarding the sports facilities and sports events.
- Administration of Sports and Recreation activities on a daily basis.
- Liaise and correspond with section sub-committee(s) on the preparation of regular games & activities.
- Daily inspection of the respective facilities under their assigned sports committees.
- Provide support across the sport and recreation sections as and when is required.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Senior S&R Manager or supervisor.
- Ability to work on scheduled shifts which include weekends and public holidays
- Service-oriented with good written and verbal communications skills
- Fair level of digital and information literacy
