Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sports and Recreation (S&R) department as a Sports Recreation Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception counter at the Sports Complex.
  • Attend to members' enquiries regarding the sports facilities and sports events.
  • Administration of Sports and Recreation activities on a daily basis.
  • Liaise and correspond with section sub-committee(s) on the preparation of regular games & activities.
  • Daily inspection of the respective facilities under their assigned sports committees.
  • Provide support across the sport and recreation sections as and when is required.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Senior S&R Manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work on scheduled shifts which include weekends and public holidays
  • Service-oriented with good written and verbal communications skills
  • Fair level of digital and information literacy
