• Maintain inventory of food ingredients and ensure they are organised

and properly stored.


• Ensure the overall cleaning of the sinks/stoves and overall cleaning

and disinfecting of the kitchen labs at the end of the last lesson daily


• Ensure safety compliance within the Kitchen labs and the operating

of basic kitchen equipment at all times


• Carry out the washing of aprons, school table cloth etc when

required.


• Carry out any other duties assigned by School Management.

+ Prototype preparation and ingredients application of related food product such as burgers nuggets ham, sausages, marinated chicken etc.
+ Maintain record of all evaluation of ingredients and prototypes formulation. Evaluations via sensory and/or instrument analysis.
+ Sample preparation and Ingredients management.
+ Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the laboratory.
**At the end of the internship, the intern will**
+ Understand ingredients functionality and usage in processed meat application.
+ Develop understanding on sequence of ingredients mixing.
