Key Responsibilities


Billings

  • Prepare and issue rental invoices, service charges, utilities, and other recoverable costs to tenants in accordance with lease agreements
  • Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness across all properties under management
  • Coordinate with Leasing and Property Management teams to verify lease terms, rental adjustments, and billing exceptions
  • Maintain complete and accurate billing records for audit and compliance purposes

Collections

  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding tenant payments

Payments

Reporting & Compliance

  • Support month-end closing activities including preparation of AR/AP schedules, reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and explanations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, property tax)

Other Duties

  • Participate in system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
  • Support ad-hoc finance projects and assignments as required by management

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in real estate finance or property management

This will include formulating and executing overall fund strategy, including overseeing asset allocation and asset management plans. You will oversee, prepare and manage annual asset plan / budgets and financial reports, with the assistance of the asset management and finance teams. You will recommend asset enhancement, redevelopment, divestment opportunities and managing the sale process. You will participate in any potential development/ investment transaction process.


You will be managing and work closely with the appointed property agents to ensure the assets are well-managed. You will liaise with various stakeholders in the conceptualization, formulation and implementation of asset enhancement. You will be supporting the investment team in property acquisitions, fund raising, fund management, general corporate finance work too.
