- Support project execution in line with engineering standards and client requirements.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their works are within the schedule.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports and correspondence.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction Management/ Project Management recognised by PEB/ BOA/ BCA.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the built environment.
- Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PRE-REQUISITES

- Good inter-personal, verbal and written communications skills
- At least ten (10) years of working experience, of which a minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in the development and implementation of large-scale turnkey projects
- A proven track record of having successfully provided implementation and/or consultancy services for at least one project within the last five (5) years
- At least 2 years of experience in the role as a Senior Project Manager / Project Director, or similar capacity
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification will be preferred
- Scrum Master certification or experience with running agile projects will be preferred
- Experience in government IT projects, especially in MHA, will be advantageous
- Experience in IT projects with civil works involvement will be advantageous
