Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upkeep production/training/safety-related documentation.
• Maintain and upkeep receiving records/documents and request COAs from vendors.
• Coordinate with QA/QC department to ensure operation complies with food safety (e.g., FSSC/ISO) and all regulatory requirements (e.g., SFA).
• Ensure the retention samples arrangement, e.g., get from production, retention area arrangement, arrange to an external laboratory, and submit the analysis to QA for review.
• Assist in ensuring the products are traceable.
• Ensure production efficiency with minimal wastage.
• Assist in monthly pest control services.
• conduct daily inspection on receiving on raw materials, production, deliveries regulatory requirement add Halal
• Asist in food safety internal audit, customer audit, FSSC/ISO audit.
• Supporting in any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Applied Science (Nutrition and Food Science) or related fields
• Basic food hygiene certification is an added advantage
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in food manufacturing
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS office e.g., Word, and Excel.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
• Saturday – 8.30 am to 12.00 pm

Transport provided from Kranji MRT Station

· Direct and Supervise WIP and Final Inspections

· Handle and Approve First Article Submissions

· Understand & Ensure Compliance with customer’s requirements

· Monitor, maintain and continually improve quality standards.

· Resolve Quality issues with internal and external parties.

· Supervise and maintain calibration of measuring equipment

· Review on non-conformances & approve disposition actions.

· Create 8D reports.

· Provide periodical quality review and trainings

· Involve in First Article Product and process development

· Assist in maintaining ISO System, reports, follow-up and closure

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing or related Engineering field.

· Minimum 5 years in related field.

· Knowledge on measuring and statistical techniques

· Knowledge on CMM Machine

· Responsible, Positive Attitude and able to work well as a team.

· Able to lead a team of quality operators

· Able to work in Tuas area

· Class 3 license is an advantage

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance & Quality Control Assistant to join our derma laboratory department in Singapore.

In this position, you will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the results and uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to assure that all our products meet GMP quality expectation. Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary, as well as a keen attention to detail.

What You will Do:

· Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for delivery.

· Manage and qualify products and material quality to meet compliance and industry standards.

· Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

· Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

· Keeping inventory update of materials, documents, and data to meet GMP standards.

- Maintain QC records.

· Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.

· Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work.

· Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.

· Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.

· Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
