We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Systems Consultant to join our team. As a Quality Management Systems Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consultancy services for the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001 standards.

Your primary objective will be to assist organizations in achieving and maintaining certification to ISO 9001 standards. This will involve conducting gap analysis, developing corrective action plans, and implementing QMS processes and procedures.

• Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for remediation;
• Develop and implement QMS policies, procedures, and documentation;
• Provide training and support to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities within the QMS;
• Maintain accurate records of audit findings and actions taken;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of QMS processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, engineering, or environmental science;
• Minimum 3 years' experience in QMS auditing, consulting, or implementation;
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and regulatory requirements;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

We are looking for a Quality Management Systems Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing quality management systems that meet all relevant quality standards and regulations.

• Ensure production efficiency with minimal wastage.
• Assist in monthly pest control services.

• Asist in food safety internal audit, customer audit, FSSC/ISO audit.
• Supporting in any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Applied Science (Nutrition and Food Science) or related fields
• Basic food hygiene certification is an added advantage
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in food manufacturing
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS office e.g., Word, and Excel.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
• Saturday – 8.30 am to 12.00 pm
