Job Title: Curtain Wall Quality Assurance Supervisor

This position oversees all quality assurance and control activities on curtain wall projects, ensuring that work meets project specifications standards and client expectations.

• Lead supervise and mentor QA QC Inspectors to ensure consistent quality practices on site.
• Provide training guidance and support to inspectors and other team members.
• Resolve site quality issues promptly maintaining compliance with project standards.
• Develop and implement project specific QA QC plans outlining quality control procedures.
• Create inspection checklists to standardize inspection processes.
• Ensure all QA QC activities align with project requirements client expectations and approved specifications.
• Review and interpret drawings specifications and applicable codes to ensure work compliance conduct regular quality audits to assess work performance and identify potential issues.
• Perform detailed inspections of curtain wall components and installation to ensure adherence to standards.
• Ensure non conformances are documented and addressed promptly.
• Participate in weekly project meetings to provide updates on quality status and site issues.
• Liaise with clients contractors and stakeholders regarding quality matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results audits and corrective actions.
• Verify compliance with safety standards during curtain wall installation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality related issues effectively.
• Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness among all personnel on site.

• Minimum 5 years of QA QC supervision experience in construction ideally in curtain wall or façade projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards inspection techniques and construction codes.
• Experience in reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership communication and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with MOM regulations and safety requirements is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance and control, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. They will be able to lead and motivate a team of inspectors to achieve high-quality results while ensuring compliance with project standards.

• Diploma or higher education.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage for facilitating effective communication with individuals from diverse multicultural backgrounds.

Applicants should have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be familiar with industry-specific software and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ISO certification and risk management principles would be an asset. Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep production/training/safety-related documentation.
• Maintain and upkeep receiving records/documents and request COAs from vendors.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for effective implementation of overall project quality management system (QMS).
Preparation of relevant reports for recommendation and continuously improvements for the project.
Responsible for managing team of QA/QC engineers.
Preparation and compilation of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Operation Maintenance and Manual (OMM).

Liaise with Clients' and Sub-Contractors' Quality representatives.
