Establishes Quality and Reliability standards by studying Product and Consumer requirements with other members of Management as well as with Operations’ personnel.

Completes Quality Assurance Operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains Quality Assurance Organization structure by Recruiting, Selecting, Orienting and Training employees.
Motivates and Retains Quality Assurance Staff by Coaching, Counseling, and Disciplining employees, where needed; Planning, Monitoring and Appraising outcome from the business Objectives’ perspective as strategized by the Executive Management of the company.
Maintains Professional and Technical Knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing the Quality Assurance budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions to address gaps, if any, in a timely manner.
Works together with the Team with Passion to achieve targeted Objectives.
Ensures Integrity and be the Voice of the Plant and Voice of the Customers protecting interests of both parties
Required Experience and Qualifications
(Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):
Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Material Physics
More than 10 years experience in Packaging, Test, Wafer Sort, Wafer Bumping and associated Backend Operations out of which at least 5 years in managerial position.
Preferably experienced in a multi-cultural environment with exposure to Global customer-base.
Knowledge of Quality tools such as 8D systematic problem solving methodology, FMEA, statistical tools such as JMP is desirable.
Good understanding of ISO9000, TS16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 besides Regulatory requirements such as ROHS, REACH, Conflict Free sourcing initiatives etc.

About The Role

AIOps Implementation: Lead the development and deployment of AIOps platforms to proactively identify and resolve issues, reduce alert fatigue, and improve infrastructure and application observability and performance.
Process Transformation: Spearhead initiatives to eliminate traditional operations bottlenecks, automate manual processes, and establish new standards for operational efficiency and system reliability.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and integrated environment across product engineering, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to ensure shared ownership and accountability for the full application lifecycle.
Platform Modernization: Guide the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration on Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure to support autonomous and proactive operations.

What You Should Have
Degree from a recognized University in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
Certifications in AIOps, DevOps, AWS/Azure/GCP, ITIL, or related fields are a plus. GenAI certifications (e.g., NVIDIA, Google, Databricks) are highly desirable.
A minimum of 10-15 years of deep DevOps & SRE Experience: Extensive, hands-on experience in DevOps and SRE principles, including CI/CD pipeline automation, infrastructure-as-code, and observability.
AI/ML for Operations: Proven experience in designing or implementing AI/ML-driven solutions for IT operations, covering both infrastructure and application observability, such as log analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
Modern Technology Stack: Strong practical experience with technologies:
Languages: Java, NodeJs, Python
Front-end: ReactJs
Containerization & Orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes
CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Bamboo, or similar tools

· Review of inspection test plan, WPS and method statement for any in-service repair work of piping and pressure vessels.
· Witnessing of PT, MPI, PMI, metallographic tube testing and Hydro static test for statutory equipment.
· Provide recommendations and timely updates on equipment degradation problems.
· Provide quality assurance on project construction and maintenance works to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and specifications.
· Preparation of final inspection reports with all findings, abnormalities and recommendations.
· Ensure quality of inspected items to meet project requirements and standards.
· Inservice inspections in refineries / Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industries, such as corrosion under pipe support (CUPS), corrosion under insulation (CUI), Injection & Mix points inspections.
· Read, understand project related ITP, procedures, specification requirements.
· Review documents and drawings as per specification • Knowledge / experience about Piping Isometrics, P & ID, general arrangement drawings, Structural drawings, Weld Maps, welding symbols, Cutting Plans, Quality control procedures, Base Materials, and welding consumables.
· Inspection, review of mill certificates, Material verification, Inspection of Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, valves, nipples, plate tubes as per respective materials specifications, Codes, Standards & Client Specifications. Inspection / Witness & Review Stage wise activities earlier stage of spool fabrication
· Knowledge in welding inspection
Eligibility Criteria
· Graduate Engineers with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
· Relevant Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum/Oil/Gas, Civil, Chemical or Industrial Engineering are acceptable.
· Experience in Refinery and Oil & Gas must
· Experience in QA/QC and Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing methods.
· Knowledge/experience in welding inspection, structural fabrication, piping Isometric drawing and piping materials.
· Work Independently and can work in Singapore and other countries.
· Fluent Reading, Speaking and Writing in English.
· Willing to commit 24 months contract/ project completion.
