Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and prototype of AI-driven bots for use cases such as HR process automation, employee self-service and data insights
- Support prompt engineering conversational design, and workflow integration using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Workday APIs
- Apply knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Workday APIs, etc.) to design practical solutions aligned with our Workday and broader HR technology stack
- Document bot logic, configurations, and testing outcomes
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify pain points and propose automation solutions
