Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision & Packing Operations

• Manage daily tasks of packers and QA checkers.
• Assign work orders, monitor workflow, and ensure packing targets are met.
• Ensure all medals, ribbons, and stickers are packed according to SOP.
• Train new team members and monitor ongoing staff performance.

Quality Assurance Management

• Oversee QA checks and verify that packing meets company quality standards.

Delivery & Logistics Coordination

• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) for all outbound items (medals, certificates, or other materials).

• Track outgoing shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers or partners.
• Handle returns or logistics issues when necessary.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels of medals, ribbons, stickers, boxes, and packing materials.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain packing, QA, and delivery records.
• Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management (packing output, defects, stock, and deliveries).
• Ensure all paperwork (DOs, packing lists, checklists) is properly filed and documented.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in packing, production, or logistics.
• Experience in preparing Delivery Orders and coordinating deliveries is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
