Be part of the Retails Operational Readiness Centre that supports Singapore Retails Operation, with effective implementation of Technology changes, reviewing Requirements from End User perspective, and ensure implementation through effective Testing, Training and Documentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with requirement stakeholders to understand complete requirements of the system enhancements or projects

The supervisor will ensure smooth operations from packing to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Packing Operations
- Manage daily tasks of packers and QA checkers.
- Assign work orders, monitor workflow, and ensure packing targets are met.
- Ensure all medals, ribbons, and stickers are packed according to SOP.
- Train new team members and monitor ongoing staff performance.
Quality Assurance Management
- Oversee QA checks and verify that packing meets company quality standards.

Delivery & Logistics Coordination
- Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) for all outbound items (medals, certificates, or other materials).
