What challenge do we offer you?
In a challenging and constantly changing maritime industry, you will ensure that our customers can continue to use their equipment safely and without problems. You will carry out on-board inspections to analyze and check the equipment so that we can feed back the recommendations to the customer. We work globally.
In addition to the inspections, you will also provide support to the customer during the dry dock of the ships in the field of maintenance and repairs to their cargo pump systems.
We offer a proactive and intensive induction process and after this process, you and your colleagues from the service department are responsible for pursuing our high standards and supporting us in the further development of our company.

This role involves direct sales of vacuum pumps, systems, parts and services in Singapore. The position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to drive sales growth in the region.

• Identify and penetrate new markets such as food packaging, medical, petrochemical, chemical, automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics, and semiconductor.
• Develop key accounts to achieve sales objectives and targets for the Singapore region.
• Engage customers regularly to initiate and coordinate sales activities.
• Responsible for quarterly sales forecasting and meeting monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Track and report sales activities using CRM software.
• Handle sales inquiries and generate proposals for customers.

What You’ll Do

• Provide on-site technical servicing and troubleshooting for dosing pumps and hygiene systems.
• Assist with product installation, rollout, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Offer technical support and training to customers and internal teams.

• Maintain proper documentation, including technical drawings, BOMs, and service reports.

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
• Minimum 1 year in technical support, ideally in dosing pumps or industrial systems

Requirements :

• Diploma or ITE graduate in Engineering or any Engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of selling experience in industrial products within the Electronic, Semiconductor, Biomedical, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical segment.
• Knowledge of pumps and field experiences can be an advantage but not mandatory.
• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel to customer site
