(What you will be working on)
As our trainee, you will support the development and implementation of sustainability and smart facilities management (FM) initiatives within the RTS Link station. The scope of work will include assisting to identify opportunities for energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction. You will contribute to the evaluation of smart FM solutions, such as IoT sensors, data dashboards, and predictive maintenance tools, and support stakeholder engagement activities, including sustainability awareness campaigns for staff and tenants.
In addition, you will be involved in reviewing and documenting processes, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with green building and safety requirements, and providing administrative and research support to the FM team. This role offers hands-on exposure to sustainable infrastructure management in a high-profile cross-border transport facility.

(What you will be working on)
You will be part of a dynamic team to oversee & ensure physical security requirements are met in our Land Transport System. This includes working closely with various stakeholders, external consultants & contractors during the design & construction stages of our Land Transport facilities. You will be required to conduct security risk assessments and assess security reports under the Security-By-Design (SBD) process for Special Developments regulated under the Infrastructure Protection Act.

What you will be working on:
Support & execute communications research framework and workflow for the MOT Family
Working with multiple stakeholders to develop and execute communications research projects (e.g. sensing reports for identified MOT Family issues and announcements, brand perception studies) to ensure that our communication efforts resonate with key stakeholders within an ever-changing operating environment (e.g. how public perceptions and behaviours are shaped by various influences & recommending potential interventions to improve comms & engagement outcomes)
Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of research to assess effects of strategic communication campaigns on public perception
Develop a system to integrate various data sources to holistically evaluate and guide the MOT family’s communications & engagement effortse
