Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Assistant Manager/Manager in managing day-to-day operations and system-related projects

· Drive and support resource planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient deployment of manpower.

· Identify, implement, and track workflow and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service standards.

· Lead and manage departmental projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.

· Monitor milestones, manage risks, and initiate corrective measures when required.

· Develop and maintain performance reports, project documentation, and operational dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align operational strategies and project outcomes.

· Uphold compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

· Support quality assurance and service excellence initiatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Requirements:

· A strong grasp of project management principles; experience in managing or supporting projects is preferred.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data to drive continuous improvement.

· Prior experience in healthcare, contact centre, or operations management is an advantage.

Description and Requirements
  • You will be responsible for accurate forecasting, delivering regular quarterly revenue, facilitating sales enablement, and implementing agreed account and business plans.

Responsibilities:

Service Transformation & Process Improvement

  • Lead and support service transformation projects aimed at improving service efficiency, patient experience scores, and improve staff productivity.
  • Analyse existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process enhancements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other service quality improvement methodologies.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service improvements and effectiveness.
  • Enhance existing quality and service initiatives for clinics and wards, including updating of patient education materials.

Digital Innovation & Technology Adoption

  • Work with IT teams to integrate automation and relevant digital tools that improve patient engagement and support service transformation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Engage with clinical, nurses, pharmacists and administrative teams to drive change initiatives in service transformation.
  • Monitoring of inpatient and outpatient feedback from patients and engaging of patients to understand and address service gaps.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to ensure implementation of new service workflows and adoption of new technologies.

Strategic Planning & Policy Development

  • Support leadership in formulating long-term service transformation strategies aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to the development of guidelines and best practices to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor healthcare trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation in service delivery.

Others

  • Support other initiatives and projects as needed
  • Collaborate in internal and external, cross-functional projects that enhance patient experience and service innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Business Administration, Public Health or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in all or one of these: healthcare service improvement, operations or project management.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, complex healthcare environment with patient centered approach.
