Role OverviewThis position is designed for individuals with a Master in Clinical Psychology or Counselling nearing completion. The Associate will work under supervision, handling less challenging cases. In addition to therapy sessions, the role involves client sourcing, qualifying, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct online/in-person therapy sessions with assigned clients based on their current training level and experience.
- Support client sourcing and qualifying processes, including intake assessments and initial screenings; as well as marketing efforts to promote mental health awareness and our services.
- Collaborate with our team of psychologists, counsellors, and wellness professionals to integrate counselling into clients' treatment plans.
- Guide clients through evidence-based therapeutic interventions under supervision.
- Participate in case reviews and supervision sessions to refine approaches and improve client outcomes.
- Assist trainers in delivering courses and workshops.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in counselling and mental health.
- Pursuing a Master degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling or a related field.
- Preferably 1 year into the course with exposure to various forms of interventions.
- Able to provide individual and group counselling using evidence-based modalities like CBT and mindfulness-based approaches.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
