To lead and manage the tender team for all tender and related activities (including turnkey EPC tenders with Civil, Mech, E&I scopes), allocating tasks and following up to ensure the tender is submitted in proper order.
Responsibilities:

- Provide support to other departments or personnel (e.g., QS, project, engineering, finance) on matters relating to tender-related issues and price estimation.
- Perform any other tender-related tasks including pricing strategy, pre-tender review, pre-award contract review, and handover of awarded projects to the project team.
- Complete any other tasks as instructed by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Any engineering/project/construction knowledge and/or experience will be an added advantage.
- Able to interpret drawings.
- Knowledge of recent prices in relevant EPC/Construction works, and accuracy in cost estimation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD viewing, and Adobe.
- Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Bilingual; able to read, write, and speak Chinese is an added advantage.
