Location: Singapore

Job Summary

We're expanding our team and looking for passionate, driven, and entrepreneurial individuals to join us as Real Estate Agents. Whether you're an experienced negotiator or new to the industry, we provide the platform, training to help you build a rewarding real estate career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions
  • Market properties through online platforms, social media, and in-person viewings
  • Conduct market research and property valuations
  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities and current market trends
  • Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with CEA regulations and company procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum age: 21 years old (as per CEA regulations)
  • Valid RES (Real Estate Salesperson) Certificate required*
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with Singapore property market preferred, no experience is fine
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus
  • Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome (training provided)

Candidates without RES certification will be guided on how to attain one
