Key Responsibilities- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions
- Market properties through online platforms, social media, and in-person viewings
- Conduct market research and property valuations

- Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ensure compliance with CEA regulations and company procedures
- Minimum age: 21 years old (as per CEA regulations)
- Valid RES (Real Estate Salesperson) Certificate required*

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with Singapore property market preferred, no experience is fine
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus
- Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome (training provided)
Candidates without RES certification will be guided on how to attain one
