Requirements:

Corporate Secretarial : in charge directly or supervising i) incorporation of companies, corporate secretarial, business registration, renewal matters ii) all formalities in relation to board and shareholder meetings and formalities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws on corporate secretarial matters

Providing legal advice and support to PaxOcean in the shipyard trade developments, investment and operations, including:
- Advising on legal and regulatory aspects on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters / projects;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal and transactional documentation such as newbuilding contracts, conversion contracts, repair contracts, recycling and module fabrication contracts, joint venture agreements, leases, vendor and commercial contracts etc.;
