Role:
Real Estate Analyst – Contract, Remote
Engagement:
10-20 hours per week, duration 2-4 weeks minimum
Pay:
Base pay range: $80.00/hr - $120.00/hr. This range is provided by Mercor. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
Craft questions and evaluate AI model responses in real estate.
Assess complex real estate transactions and strategies.
Develop financial models and interpret market dynamics.
Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model outputs.
Work independently with flexible hours to meet project goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an analyst in the real estate industry.
Strong analytical skills in property deal evaluation and financial modeling.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail in assessing complex transactions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a top-tier real estate firm or investment group.

(What we are looking for)
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Analytics or equivalent analytics fields
- Prior experience in data analytics/mining, machine learning and AI area is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must. Experience in SAS, R, PowerBI, etc. is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions and actionable insights to the business users and partners
- Self-driven and motivated
- Ability to question, probe and analyse
- Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment
- Chartered AI Engineer (CAIE) will be an added advantage
