- Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for order processing and monitoring of Sales/Outside Catering orders.
- Track and resolve matters related to Marketing as your first priority, Sales and Outside Catering orders with clients.
- Provide backend support specifically for the Marketing department.
- Assist in generating marketing invoices, marketing collateral, and data entry to support the marketing team.
- Assist with administrative tasks for Outside Catering (OC) and internal events for all DHM restaurants, including processing Event Orders (EO), sourcing equipment, attire, linens, floral arrangements, and other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Manage petty cash, verification, and reimbursement for Marketing department.
- Follow up with customers regarding due invoices and coordinate with the technical team to address customer inquiries.
- Perform ad-hoc duties for Marketing Department.
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Track sales target progress and generate reports for monthly submissions.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with marketing research, printing new menus, collecting posters, and other ad-hoc tasks aimed at enhancing the profitability of DHM.
*Requirements:*
- Meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective liaison and coordinator with different departments within the company and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and independently.
- Solutions-oriented, results-driven, and a problem solver.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience in marketing support or equivalent.
