About the Role
1. Promotions Coordination
Assist in planning and executing on-air, online, and offline promotional campaigns.
Coordinate logistics for giveaways, contests, and sponsorship activations.
Maintain a promotions calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
2. Event & Activation Support
Support the team in organizing events, roadshows, walkabouts, and listener engagement activities.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in setting up event materials, giveaways, and on-site coordination.
3. Content & Social Media
Assist in creating content for social media, digital campaigns, and email newsletters.
Monitor campaign performance and provide basic analytics reports.
Help brainstorm creative ideas for on-air promotions and audience engagement.
4. Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain records of campaigns, promo codes, and event inventories.
Prepare reports, presentations, and post-event summaries.
Handle correspondence with listeners, partners, and sponsors when required.
5. Creative & Idea Contribution
Contribute ideas for innovative promotions, listener activations, and brand campaigns.
Support brainstorming sessions for special projects and initiatives.
Who we are looking for
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and outdoor events.
Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools is a plus.
Passion for media, radio, and audience engagement.

a. Plan, organize and executive promotions for department store and shopping centre

b. Liase and work closely with merchandising departments, suppliers and other third parties, to conceptualize, plan and execute promotional campaigns.

c. Follow-through closely for all promotion activities, monitor deadlines, work closely with advertising team for advertisements and collatorals.

d. Source for promotion partner/s, sponsorships and/or rental partners.

e. Application for all relevant licenses from the authorities and work with contractors and suppliers for efficient set-up and tear down of structure

f. Preparation of reports and schedules, overview of promotion events.

g.Conduct checks on the sales floor areas daily

h.Applications for all relevant licenses from the authorities

i.Manage and response to customers email in promotion mailbox promptly

g. Any other duties as and when assigned by the company.
