How you will do it:
The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all Building Management System (BMS) works in Data Center projects. The role involves developing inspection and test plans, monitoring installation, verifying system integration, conducting commissioning checks, and ensuring adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
What you will do:
Develop and implement QA/QC plans, checklists, and procedures for BMS scope in Data Center projects.
Review and verify technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Perform inspection of BMS installation works including cabling, control panels, sensors, controllers, and integration with mechanical/electrical systems.
Ensure all testing and commissioning activities are performed as per approved procedures (FAT, SAT, iFAT, integrated testing).
Monitor and record quality performance of subcontractors and vendors.
Maintain and update QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, NCRs, inspection reports, test reports, and quality logs.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and client representatives for site inspections and audits.
Ensure compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, IEEE, ISO, Uptime Institute, etc.) and project-specific quality requirements.
Verify and document system handover procedures, including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and final quality dossiers.
Support continuous improvement by providing feedback and corrective actions to enhance quality processes.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Control Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience in BMS/Data Center or mission-critical projects.
Strong knowledge of BMS systems (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, etc.) and their integration with MEP systems.
Familiar with ISO quality standards, commissioning processes, and data center operational requirements.
Strong understanding of testing and commissioning protocols for BMS, including redundancy, failover, and sequence of operations.
Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills.
Effective communication and coordination skills with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Certification in QA/QC, ISO Auditor, or related field is an advantage.

How You Will Do It

Develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products on ATE (primarily Advantest 93K – SmarTest 7/8, Teradyne UFLEX).
Collaborate with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring-up, and production release activities.
Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, and Mbist, and perform device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature).
Characterize Mixed Signal IP such as ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.
Participate in test program handover, production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction.
Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Test Engineering (preferred).
Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex or Advantest 93K ATE is an advantage.
Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to perform hands-on work in a lab environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
