Key Responsibilities
Change Governance & Oversight
Act as the governance lead for all projects and initiatives impacting Aladdin, including cross-functional programs, regulatory changes, and strategic enhancements.
Review and approve change requests, test strategies, and implementation plans to ensure alignment with platform standards and business objectives.
Govern the Aladdin change backlog, ensuring prioritization reflects enterprise risk appetite, regulatory timelines, and business value.
Coordinate with the Assistant Director (BAU) to ensure smooth handover from project delivery to operational support.
Project Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the single point of contact for project managers, business analysts, and technology leads on Aladdin-related change governance.
Facilitate governance forums, working groups, and steering committees to track progress, escalate risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Collaborate with Distribution Application Team on Salesforce-Aladdin integration projects, ensuring CRM data governance and client journey enablement are embedded in change plans.
Risk & Regulatory Alignment
Ensure all Aladdin-related changes comply with MAS TRM Guidelines, Outsourcing Guidelines, and internal governance frameworks.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Operational Risk teams to validate controls, assess materiality, and manage audit readiness.
Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, and governance dashboards for Aladdin change initiatives.
Performance & Reporting
Track and report on change governance KPIs, including test coverage, defect resolution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve change governance practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in investment platform governance, change management, or program oversight (Aladdin experience preferred).
Proven track record in managing complex change portfolios and regulatory initiatives.
Strong understanding of enterprise governance frameworks, risk policies, and testing methodologies.
Familiarity with MAS TRM, outsourcing, and cybersecurity standards.
Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce and cross-platform data integration is a plus.

What the role is

The Data Governance & Compliance Department is tasked to define and implement data management strategies for Customer. As the custodian of Customer’s data, we play a pivotal role in the provision of secured environments and processes to ensure that data is stored, processed, and distributed safely. We work closely with other departments to cultivate a culture of good data management and with other government agencies and strategic partners in initiatives to benefit citizens. We are looking for a dynamic and meticulous individual, with strong adaptability, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with data governance and/or data protection experience. This role will play a crucial part in implementing and shaping new or refined standards and processes related to data governance, citizen consent and data management, building strong ties with business teams and external partners to align our data strategy and processes with strategic goals and contribute to the overall success of shifting towards a more data-driven organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Reviewing, interpretating and formulating data standards, data access policies, data sharing frameworks, processes, procedures and guidelines, and provisioning the required tools to support the implementation of effective data governance and compliance within customer

· Leading and providing advice to Customer Divisions on the application of prevailing data protection laws and policies to various programmes and data sharing initiatives

· Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to structure data sharing arrangements for data to be accessed, used and shared legitimately with appropriate data protection safeguards put in place

· Support the provisioning of related Data Management operational services such as reviewing of data requests, maintaining intranet webpages for internal knowledge sharing, disseminating, monitoring, tracking and reporting of staff quiz participation rate and results, drafting and submitting data-related KPIs, administrative account reviews, update and maintenance of related Data Management forms, training materials, etc.

· Driving, managing, monitoring and reporting the implementation of related Data Security programmes and related risk assessment tools within Customer

· Work with internal teams and vendors to support and perform internal & external data compliance checks, review, and reports to report compliance findings to Customer Senior Management

REQUIREMENTS

· Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Management, Law, Information Management or related discipline from a recognised university

· Professional certifications in data governance, data analytics, business analytics, data science, or related fields will be advantageous

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in leading and/or delivering data governance/ data protection/ data management related work, with the ability to work with system and business users to gather and define requirements

· Experience in working within information/record management with a good understanding of information management practices including information lifecycle management, data modelling, and master data management will be advantageous

· Experience conducting risk assessments and/or business audits will be advantageous

· Key skills and traits: Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills

· Meticulous with keen attention to detail and yet able to see the big picture

· Ability to form independent judgement

· Strong communication, collaboration, project management and negotiation skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in engineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevant experience in LNG & oil/gas projects, particularly in the South East Asia.
  • Must have minimum 5 years of similar management position in major LNG & oil/gas projects (experience in LNG and oil & gas projects is mandatory)
  • Must have relevant experiences in overall project planning, programming, costing, progress reporting, tracking & monitoring of EPC works using Primavera software.
  • Shall comply with all scheduling requirements as set out in the project requirements and specifications.
  • Must provide a schedule baseline, & re-baseline as required.
  • Experience in onshore LNG Terminal Projects and Commissioning planning will be a value add.
  • Local Singaporeans and PRs are desirable
  • For foreign candidates: must currently hold valid passes in Singapore and have prior work experience in Singapore, along with relevant LNG and oil & gas project experience.

Location : Ubi/ Jurong Port


Salary: $10,000 plus or minus (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
