Tinka is a certified senior project manager (IPMA Level B), scrum master, intercultural trainer (dgikt), systemic solution-oriented coach (DGfC), and an accredited trainer for project management (IPMA Level B) of the German Association for Project Management (GPM). She also lectures in project management and intercultural communication at German universities.
