• To provide functional specification to support specialist in charge of the post implementation support after system go-live.
• Responsible for support and train end-users on all company's software product.

• Diploma holder with years of experience are encourage to apply

What you’ll do
Serve as the primary interface between Customers and Lonza, ensuring program execution and delivery meet expectations for quality, cost, and timelines.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with Customers, understanding their needs and representing their interests on‐site.
Apply PM Standard Work processes to effectively manage projects and ensure “one face to the Customer.”
Lead and motivate cross‐functional teams to achieve program objectives with the highest level of operational excellence.
Ensure Customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the program, working closely with Account Management and Sales.
Ensure adherence to Global Program and Project Management CoE (PPM CoE) standards, maintaining data integrity and excellence in Planview.

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in program or project management, ideally in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Planview experience is an advantage).

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business & Project Consultant to lead end-to-end operations across workforce outsourcing, recruitment, and large-scale event management. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, and able to drive business growth and deliver manpower projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee tender and proposal lifecycle, including costing, submission, and project delivery.
• Lead recruitment and outsourcing operations, from client acquisition to payroll and compliance.
• Manage staffing and event programs for exhibitions.
• Direct development of internal workforce management systems and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure operational governance, SOP compliance, and manpower licensing adherence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manpower outsourcing, events, or BPO project management.
• Strong understanding of MOM regulations and cross-border workforce compliance.
• Excellent leadership, client relationship, and multi-project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and digital transformation experience.

• Lead agile application development.
• Ensure deliverables meet contract specifications, adhere to timelines, and coach the team to adhere to Agile practices while maintaining quality across teams and sub-contractors.
• Participate in reviews, schedule regular progress meetings, and provide monthly updates, highlighting risks and proposing solutions.

Skillset:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in agile application development
