Responsibilities:
Be the regional expert on HRMS solutions, including functional demos (remote, on-site client visits, HR events, etc.)
Assist with pre-sales activities and respond to HCM RFPs
Identify product gaps and collaborate with the Product Team for enhancements
Support HRMS project implementations, including business requirement analysis and coordination with the central implementation team

Requirements:
